Applications are being accepted for Renter’s Rebate, a State program for income-qualified residents over 65 or disabled. Gross income must be under $40,300 for singles, or $49,100 for couples. This rebate cannot be combined with Homeowner’s Tax Relief. Rebate amount is based on a summary from the previous year of payments for rent, heat, electric and water. A list of required documents with phone numbers is available at the Town Hall or by leaving a message with your name and address.
