For Residential roof-top solar, a Building and Electrical Permit with a Eversource Workorder#, and plans (11″x17″) . Call for special pricing. For Residential Ground-Mounted Solar or All Commercial Solar- a Footprint Packet is required, full site plan (24″ x 36″) size, use Fee Schedule (Footprint packet fee).
