Both the Democratic and Republican Parties will hold Presidential Preference Primaries on April 2, 2024.

| March 12, 2024 | Absentee Ballots become available from Town Clerk. |
| March 15, 2024 | Enrollment Session for Presidential Preference Primary. |
| March 15, 2024 | Mail-In and online deadline for new voters, and unaffiliated voters, to enroll in a party for voting in its primary. Registration must be postmarked or received in person by this date. |
| March 26, 27, 28, 30, 2024 | Early Voting period at Killingworth Town Hall, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. (Please note – Early Voting will not take place on Friday, March 29, 2024, in observance of the Good Friday Holiday.) |
| April 2, 2024 | Presidential Preference Primary at Killingworth Elementary School, 6:00 am to 8:00 pm. |
