For Residential roof-top solar, a Building and Electrical Permit with a Eversource Workorder#, and plans (11″x17″) . Call for special pricing. For Residential Ground-Mounted Solar or All Commercial Solar- a Footprint Packet is required, full site plan (24″ x 36″) size, use Fee Schedule (Footprint packet fee).

A Building and Electrical Permit are required. A spec sheet on the unit being installed. A site plan showing location or proposed generator, septic and well location.

A site plan showing location of proposed generator, proposed or existing lp tanks, septic, and well.  Show distances from generator and lp tanks to property line, dwelling unit or outbuilding, septic and well.

Administrative Zoning Application and Wetlands Review Forms are also required effective 10-1-24.
