REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
KVFC STATION 2 DRIVEWAY RESURFACING
February 27, 2024
The Town of Killingworth will receive sealed bids for resurfacing the driveway of the Station 2 Firehouse located at 15 Little City Road in Killingworth, CT until April 8, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. Proposals will be opened in public and read aloud at a Board of Selectmen’s meeting that same evening at 7:00 p.m.
Request for Proposals documents will be available on March 1, 2024 and may be obtained on the Town’s website, www.townofkillingworth.com, under “Bids and RFPs” or from the Selectmen’s Office, Killingworth Town Hall, 323 Route 81, Killingworth CT 06419 for a non-refundable $25 per bid package.
The Town of Killingworth reserves the rights to amend or terminate this Request for Proposals, accept all or any part of a proposal, reject all proposals, waive any informalities or non-material deficiencies in a proposal, and award the proposal to the proposer that, in the Town’s judgment, will be in the Town’s best interests.
