Help is available for income-qualified residents from the Connecticut Energy Assistance Program. The maximum annual gross income is $47,340 for singles and $52,720 for couples. You may apply on-line or at the Middletown office or through your Municipal Agent. A checklist of required documents is available at the Killingworth Town Office or by contacting Mercedes at 860 663-1765 or municipalagent@townofkillingworth.com.
The required documents can be dropped off at the Town Office or emailed to the Municipal Agent.
