CT’s Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) ensures that any person can have access to government agency records. All agencies must make records available unless a specific record is protected from disclosure by one of the exceptions contained in the statute.

The Killingworth Town Clerk’s Office serves as the agent for all Freedom of Information Requests for the Town of Killingworth. Please complete an FOI Request Form and submit it to the Town Clerk’s Office for access to Killingworth agency records.  Inspection of agency records is free of charge; the fee for copies of most agency records is $.50 per page.
