REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
TOWN HALL ROOF REPAIR
July 14, 2023
The Town of Killingworth will receive sealed bids for repairs to the Killingworth Town Hall roof until August 14, 2023. Proposals will be opened in public and read aloud at a Board of Selectmen’s meeting that same evening at 7:00 p.m.
Request for Proposals documents will be available on July 18, 2023, and may be obtained on the Town’s website, www.townofkillingworth.com, under “Bids and RFPs” or from the Selectmen’s Office, Killingworth Town Hall, 323 Route 81, Killingworth CT 06419 for a non-refundable $25 per bid package.
Interested contractors can schedule a site visit at edisbrow@townofkillingworth.com, or by calling 860-663-1765, x 501.
The Town of Killingworth reserves the rights to amend or terminate this Request for Proposals, accept all or any part of a proposal, reject all proposals, waive any informalities or non-material deficiencies in a proposal, and award the proposal to the proposer that, in the Town’s judgment, will be in the Town’s best interests.

The bid opening for the RFP for TOWN HALL ROOF REPAIR will be delayed, due to the cancellation of the August 14th Board of Selectmen meeting. Sealed bids are still due August 14 at 4:00, and will be opened at a special meeting , time and date TBD.
