FULL REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR FABRIC ENCLOSURE PANELS FOR PARMELEE FARM PAVILION
The Town of Killingworth will receive sealed bids from qualified contractors to fabricate and install fabric enclosure panels on the Parmelee Farm Pavilion. Bids will be received at the Killingworth Town Hall located at 323 Route 81, Killingworth, CT until 7:00 p.m. on Monday August 23, 2021. Proposals will be opened in public and read aloud at a Board of Selectmen’s meeting at that time.
Proposal documents will be available on Friday, July 30, 2021 and may be obtained on the Town’s website, www.townofkillingworth.com, under “Town of Killingworth Public Notices” or from the Selectmen’s Office, Killingworth Town Hall, 323 Route 81, Killingworth CT 06419 for a non-refundable $25 per bid package.
The Town of Killingworth reserves the rights to amend or terminate this Request for Proposals, accept all or any part of a proposal, reject all proposals, waive any informalities or non-material deficiencies in a proposal, and award the proposal to the proposer that, in the Town’s judgment, will be in the Town’s best interests.
