SNOW PLOWING SERVICES

The Town of Killingworth will receive sealed bids from qualified contractors for snow plowing equipment and services including Large Trucks (Class 7 and 8) at 323 Route 81, Killingworth, CT until 4 PM on Monday, August 28, 2023. Proposals will be opened in public and read aloud at a Board of Selectmen’s meeting that evening at 7:00 PM.
The documents composing the Request for Proposals will be available on Tuesday, July 25, 2023 and may be obtained on the Town’s website, www.townofkillingworth.com, under “Town of Killingworth RFPs and Bids” or from Selectmen’s Office, Killingworth Town Hall, 323 Route 81, Killingworth CT 06419 during the hours of 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday through Friday for a non-refundable $25 per bid package.
The Town of Killingworth reserves the rights to amend or terminate this Request for Proposals, accept all or any part of a proposal, reject all proposals, waive any informalities or non-material deficiencies in a proposal, and award the proposal to the proposer that, in the Town’s judgment, will be in the Town’s best interests.
