The electors of the Town of Killingworth are hereby notified and warned to meet at the Killingworth Elementary School, 340 Route 81, in said town on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, for the following purpose:

In addition, a question in the following form shall appear on the ballot: “1. Shall the Town of Killingworth adopt the Proposed Charter that was approved by the Board of Selectmen on July 24, 2023?” The full text of the question and all appropriate documentation are available for public inspection in the office of the Town Clerk, 323 Route 81, Killingworth.
The polls will open at six o’clock in the morning (6:00 am) and will remain open until eight o’clock in the evening (8:00 pm). Voting tabulators will be used. Absentee Ballots will be counted at the polling place on election day.
EDR (Election Day Registration) and EDR ballots: Killingworth Town Hall, 323 Route 81, Killingworth, 6:00am until 8:00pm.
Absentee ballots are available for registered voters at the office of the Town Clerk, 323 Route 821, Killingworth.
