The full-time Finance Director is responsible for the town’s accounting system and controls; purchasing controls; payroll and benefits administration; grant reporting and compliance. Working closely with both the Board of Selectmen and the Board of Finance, the Finance Director plays a critical role in the budget development, monitoring, reporting and annual audit preparation.
The Treasurer, elected every two years, oversees the town’s deposit funds. The position is a part-time one.
